• No Refunds on Influencer Engagements: Due to the unique nature of influencer marketing and the immediate impact of engagements (e.g., likes, comments, shares), we do not offer refunds for influencer engagements that have already been delivered.
• Exceptions: In rare cases, we may consider partial or full refunds at our sole discretion. These exceptions may include:
  • Significant Service Interruptions: If we experience significant service interruptions that prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations (e.g., extended platform outages that significantly impact campaign performance).
  • Material Breach of Contract: If we materially breach the agreed-upon terms of service (e.g., failing to deliver the agreed-upon number of engagements or using inappropriate or fraudulent methods).
  • Fraud or Misrepresentation: If fraud or misrepresentation is detected in the course of service delivery (e.g., using fake accounts or engaging in deceptive practices).

Order Cancellations

• Before Campaign Launch: You may request to cancel an order before the influencer campaign has been launched. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• After Campaign Launch: Cancellation requests after the campaign has been launched will not be granted.
