How many posts will I be sent each day?
Depending on your interests, average micro-influencers receive 6-7 posts per day.
How long do I have to engage with each post?
After you’re sent a post, you’ll typically have 1 hour to engage with the post. Please pay attention to the expiration date provided in the post notification as it might be different.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password via https://app.overdriveviral.com/auth/forgot-password.
Or, if you’re logged in to your account, click the profile icon in the top right corner. Select “Profile.” Click “Options” in the top right corner and select “Change Password” from the drop-down menu.
How do I update my profile?
Please log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top right corner. Select “Profile”. From here, you can update your information and view your profile activity.
What method do you use to pay?
We send payments via PayPal. You can link your PayPal email address to your Overdrive Viral profile on your Profile page.
How can I add another social profile?
You can update your social media profile URLs via your Profile page. To get to that page, please log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top right corner. Select “Profile”.
What are my engagement payment rates?
Your rates are determined by your social media following. The more followers you have, the higher your rates will be! Your dashboard will indicate your current rates. https://app.overdriveviral.com/
Can I increase my rates?
Yes, you can request an upgrade to the next rate tier once per week. If you would like to increase your rates, please submit a request for your follower accounts to be updated on Overdrive Viral.
How do I contact Support?
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of your account and select “Support.”
Where can I see my pending Payouts and Engagement activity?
Navigate to the “Engagements” tab on the left side of your screen. This dashboard provides a breakdown of all engagement and payment activity.
Do I need accounts on each social media platform to register?
Nope! As long as you have 1000+ followers on either Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, you should register for Overdrive Viral.
Will my follower counts update automatically?
No. Please submit a request via the Overdrive Viral platform to update your follower numbers.
Can I engage with a post in more than one way? Can I like, share, AND comment?
Yes! You can engage with a post once or in multiple ways.
